Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you see unusual signs of package damage or tampering contact firstname.lastname@example.org and the US Post Office/UPS/FedEx immediately. If anything is incorrect with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If no contact is made within 24 hours the order will be considered accurately received.
Our return window is 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original untampered package and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Open or used items are not returnable. We cannot accept returns for minor cosmetic reasons or individual dissatisfaction. Both the original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If returned item was included in a “Free Shipping” promotion, actual shipping costs for the applicable returned item(s) will be deducted from the requested refund amount.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. e-Juice cannot be returned for any reason. Please be sure before purchasing juice you are unable to test prior. Gift cards, Clearance and Sale items are not returnable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in a timely fashion. Customer's own bank may delay availability of funds.
Due to the potential for fraud and return policy abuse, Vape Brain must adhere to a strict defective item exchange policy. We are a very cost competitive company with razor thin profits allowing us to stay in business. If the product is not defective or if no issues are found, the return will be denied. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with all shipping charges if they want items deemed non-defective returned to them. We cannot be responsible for returns shipped without our approval.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Vape Brain only sells high quality devices. In the extremely rare case, truly defective items are exchanged at no cost to the customer. We will issue an RMA shipping label. Just print it and ship it back. Labels are valid for 7 days. We will inspect the item for defects and ship a replacement promptly, once approved. If approved, we will cover the entire replacement's shipping charges at no cost to the customer. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and description of the defect.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for missing, untracked packages.
